Further Information About WEAVER Charles Henry
Charles was the son of Alfred and Annie Weaver. His father, Alfred, died in 1923 and his son’s name was recorded on his father’s headstone in Stourport churchyard, grave F104.
In February 1915 the 1st Battalion Worcestershire Regiment occupied the “B” lines facing Neuve Chapelle. Casualties during the month were 12 killed and 35 wounded.
