Pilot Officer James Gethings Stewart, age 20, serving with the Royal Canadian Air Force was buried in consecrated ground in Pershore Cemetery on 15th August 1942.  The ceremony was performed by the Reverend F.P. Maydew, R.A.F. Station, Pershore.
