Bromsgrove Weekly Messenger 17th and 24th February 1917:
Private Albert Stanton of Hanbury, Worcestershire Regiment.  Killed Jan. 25th.  Son of Joseph Stanton, Holmes Farm.  Age 33.  Leaves a widow and one child.  Previously employed as a sawyer at the salt works.  A younger brother is also serving.
