Charles lived at 17 Brookside Droitwich and died in hospital at Hayley Green, Halesowen, where he had been for 6 weeks. He had been transferred from a military hospital in Essex. He was educated at St Peters School and before the war he had worked as a stoker at the borough gasworks. He had 1 child.
