Charles Robbins was born in August 1884, the son of George Robbins. He attended Badsey Council School from 30th January 1890 until 22nd May 1892 and again from 2nd June 1896. He is reported as being killed in action on 7th November in Badsey parish magazine, December 1914, with the information that he is the son of Mr Robbins of Wickhamford, brother of Mrs Casswell of Badsey, a native of Badsey and past pupil at Badsey School.
