Robert Priddey was the son of Henry Priddey, 9 Charles Henry Road, Droitwich. He was educated at St Peters School. He was employed by Mr Parry at Witton Nurseries. Robert had three brothers also serving in the forces, William, Archie and Arthur. Arthur was a prisoner of war in Germany.
