Probably Thomas Charles Need, born in 1895 in Hampton.  In 1901 he is recorded as Charlie aged 6 living at 8 Church Bank, Hampton with his parents Reuben and Ann and his two brothers Frank aged 16 and Jack aged 13.  In 1911 he is recorded as Thomas Charles Need aged 16 living with his widowed mother Ann Need at 23 Vine Street, Evesham.  He died in 1976 in the Evesham District.
