The following report appears in the Kidderminster Times of 2nd June 1917:
Private E. Marshall, Gloucestershire Regiment. Killed in action. Son of Mr and Mrs Marshall, Alma Villa, Ombersley. Prior to joining he was farming in the Forest of Dean. The report includes a photo of Private E. Marshall.
