Sergeant William McLafter Lomax, age 34, serving with the Royal Air Force died at Llangammach Wells, Breconshire and was buried in consecrated ground in Pershore Cemetery on 15th April 1942.  The ceremony was performed by the Reverend E.A. Stone, R.A.F. Station, Pershore.
