William Jones was a Police Officer in Worcestershire.  During WW1 he joined the Military Police and he was mentioned in Despatches.  On leaving the Army, he returned to his civilian Police duties, serving in various locations in Worcestershire, including Hallow, Kempsey and Droitwich.
