Appears in the Worcester/Worcestershire Roll of Honour Book for army casualties located in Worcester Cathedral.
Charles Jones, elder son of Frederick and Lillia Kate Jones, St. Catherines, Bromyard Road, Worcester. Died at Connaught Hospital, Aldershot, of an illness extending over three months. For many years employed in the office of the County Finance Clerk. Mourners at his funeral included Mr. F. Jones (father), May and Gertrude Jones (sisters), Charles Jones and Mr. A.W. Hodges (both uncles), Frank Waldron (cousin), Mr. Oscar Bevington and also representatives of the county council. Rev. J.H. Waugh conducted the service.
