Littleworth Trooper Killed
Trooper W.C. Jaynes, the eldest son of Mr and Mrs W. Jaynes of 2 Barracks – rqw, Littleworth, Norton, has been killed in action in North West Europe. He is a grandson of Mrs A. Jaynes, of 29 Little Boughton Street, Worcester. He was 21, and before he joined the army was working for Beard’s Stores, Broad Street, Worcester. He has a younger brother serving abroad. The report includes a photograph of Tpr Jaynes.
