DFC gazetted in the London Gazette 12th January 1943.

Flying Officer Graham Stanley Hynam D.F.C., age 22 of 1044, Dayton Street, Akron, Ohio, U.S.A. died in an air crash at Pershore, serving with the Royal Canadian Air Force and was buried in consecrated ground in Pershore Cemetery on 2nd June 1943. The ceremony was performed by the Reverend Crawford Scott (F/L), Oak Cottage, Hathaway Lane, Stratford on Avon.
