David Osborne Hall was born on 19th June 1917. He entered Form L4 in September 1930 and was a King’s scholar under School House. At the time of his admission to the school his parent is recorded as J.S.H., 219 West St., Fareham, Hants. David had previously been educated at Cathedral Choir School. He left Kings School from Form M6 in April 1935 and took employment as an Articled ** Surveyor.
