Further Information About GREEN Arthur
Arthur Green was born in 1883. He attended Bromsgrove School from 1897 to 1902. He took his degree in 1905 at Brasenose College, Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in 1909. Arthur was in practice in Manchester when the war broke out and he volunteered and obtained a commission in 1915. At first it was reported that he was missing, later it was notified that he had been killed in action.
