Further Information About GEORGE Frank
Frank George was born in Bushley in 1875, the son of Edmund and Jane George of Church End, Bushley. Prior to enlisting he was employed as a farm labourer. He enlisted at Worcester on 25th March 1916, serving first as Private 25386, Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry and later as Private 92263, Labour Corps. Frank died in Bushley in 1950, aged 74.
