DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914 – 1919

Probably Alfred John Ellison, Private 15387 Worcestershire Regiment subsequently Private 20007 Ox and Bucks Light Infantry.  Discharged 8th May 1916 as no longer physically fit for war service.  Enlisted in the Royal Air Force on 12th July 1918, service no 267549.  Transferred to RAF Reserve on 5th March 1919.  Born 17th February 1896, died in 1938 aged 42.
