Further Information About DIXON Fred
Fred Dixon was born in 1899. He attended Bromsgrove School from 1913 to 1917 where he was a School Monitor, a member of the XV and a Corporal in the O.T.C. Dixon had been at the Front only a short time when he was killed by a sniper. He had not time in the army to distinguish himself but he had already won the respect and gratitude of those around him.
