On the 1911 census George aged 15, Polisher Cycle Hubs at Royal Enfield, lived with his parents George a Fancy Draper, own account and Mary Ann Culverhouse, at 171 St George’s Road, Redditch.

George was awarded the British War Medal and the Victory Medal.
