John Thomas Cooper born 1865, Sarah Maria Cooper born 1871 died 1871, Walter Haywood Cooper born 1872, Harriet Cooper born 1875, Lucy Hannah Cooper born 1876, George Cooper born 1877, Jesse Cooper born 1877, Anne Elizabeth Cooper born 1882, Clarence Albert Cooper born 1887. The family resided at Swan Street, Alvechurch.
Jesse married Annie Elizabeth Gittins in 1900.

On Sunday morning, Mrs Cooper of Tanyard Lane, received official news that her husband, Private Jesse Cooper, Worcestershire Regiment, had died from wounds in hospital. He joined the regiment in July last and was drafted abroad during the first week in December. Previous to joining the army he was in the employ of Dr H G Peel. He was the son of Mr Thomas Cooper, of Swan St, Alvechurch. Much sympathy is felt for Mrs Cooper.
