Further Information About COLE Edward John

Edward Cole was born on 18th December 1915.  He entered Form 3 Kings School on 18th September 1926 and School House in 1929.  At the time of his admission to the school his parent is recorded as O.J.B.C. Chief Constable, Worcester.  Edward had previously been educated at the Cathedral Choir School.  He left Kings School from Form U6 in December 1932.  Articled pupil and solicitor.  He was killed at Karachi whilst landing in a plane.  He was to have taken over command at Karachi.
