Further Information About BUTLER James

Private J. Butler 1st/1st Worcester Yeomanry, embarked at Avonmouth 9th April 1915 for service with the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, disembarked at Alexandria, Egypt on 24th April 1915. Killed in action 23rd April 1916.

Jim Butler and Tom Page have been reported killed but this is not yet officially confirmed.

No further news has been heard of Jim Butler and Tom Page, nor of Thorp. It looks as though the report that they have been killed must be true.
