Thomas George Bullock was born in Ashchurch, Gloucestershire in 1896. He enlisted in the army on 27th February 1915 at the Guildhall Recruiting Office, 42 High Street, Worcester. Thomas gave his age as 19 and his occupation as a Baker’s Assistant. He was assigned to the Army Service Corps, Horse Trams, as a Driver with the Service No T/4/065369. He was 5 feet 3¼ inches tall and gave his next of kin as his father, Charles Bullock, Floods Cottage, Alfrick, Worcester. He was transferred from the army to the Reserve on 19th July 1919 having seen action in France from July 1915 onwards.
