Further Information About BROMLEY George H

George Bromley enlisted at the age of 35 as a Private in the Leicestershire Regiment in December 1915. Six months later he transferred to the West Yorkshire Regiment. In March 1918 he transferred to the Sherwood Foresters. George, his wife and two sons moved to Crowle from Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire and had only resided in the village for a few months before he was killed. His two children later returned to Mablethorpe.
