William James Thomas Bradley, son of William and Ellen Bradley, was baptised in the parish church, Barbourne, Worcester on 26th December 1897.
An entry into Claines School log book dated 1st March 1916 reads:
Correspondent addressed the upper classes on the war and especially mentioned the 2 old boys W Bradley & H Griffiths who had been taken prisoners of war (18.2.1916)
