Frederick Crozier Fraser was born on 10th April 1894, the son of William Fraser (Biscoe) and Mary Alice Biscoe. He was baptised on 14th November 1894 at Secunderabad, India. His father’s occupation was given as a Conservator of Forests H.H.N.S.
