Frederick Bennett first served as 2041 Private, Leicestershire Yeomanry.  He first entered a theatre of war some time after 1st January 1916 and was at that time 33101, Private, King’s Royal Rifle Corps.  He was awarded a British War Medal and a Victory Medal.
