Horace Harry Elby Banner, Service No 27229, 9th Battalion Worcestershire Regiment, born in Malvern, Worcestershire, resided and enlisted in Redditch, died 26th October 1916, Asiatic Theatres.

On 1911 census Horace, aged 16, was resident at home with his parents Harry Timothy and Caroline Banner in St Georges Road, Redditch and was employed as an apprentice Coach Painter.
