Further Information About BALDWIN James

Born in Stourport in 1881, enlisted in Birmingham.  In the 1901 census James was a boarder at 75 Wainwright Street, Aston Manor, occupation given as stoker.  He married Maud Wood in 1901.  In the 1911 census the couple live at 67 Rosary Road, Erdington, Maud is shown as a rubber worker and James as a Heaser Engine Driver.  His name is included in the casualty list of those killed published in the Birmingham Post, 13th June 1918.
