Ernest Annis resided at Clifton, Severn Stoke. On the 1911 census he was listed as Single, age 16, born Clifton 1895, waggoners boy. Brother of Reginald Annis. Ernest first served overseas sometime after 3rd December 1915, he was awarded the British War Medal and the Victory Medal
