Arthur Lee was wounded in action in Mesopotamia.  He died of wounds at No 32 British General Hospital, Amara, aged 33 on 17th February 1917.  Arthur lived in Mason Road, Headless Cross, Redditch with his wife Florence Elizabeth and his three children – his son Arthur William (aged 7 when his father died) and 2 younger daughters, Gladys and Pat. He was born in Good Easter, Essex.
