In 1891 Thomas Wall aged 1, was living with his widowed mother Elizabeth aged 20 at the home of his uncle, Henry Hill aged 22 in Shelsley Beauchamp. By 1911 Elizabeth had been married to Arthur Perkins for 18 years and the couple had 2 of their 3 children still living. The family consisting of Arthur aged 41, Elizabeth aged 40, Everard Perkins aged 15, Nelson Perkins aged 13 (who died of wounds on 1st December 1917) and Thomas Wall aged 21 were resident at the Reformatory, Shelsley Beauchamp.
