There is no record of this casualty on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Soldiers Died in the Great War or the Worcestershire Regiment Roll of Honour. There is a medal card for an Ernest E. Jarvis, Private 16465, Worcestershire Regiment, however he did not arrive in France until September 1915 and was called up as a “Z” reserve at the end of the war.
