Alfred Hartland was born in 1891 in Evesham. He married Lilian M. Cole in 1910 and in 1911 the couple lived at 4 Bewdley, Evesham when Alfred was employed as a Bricklayers Labourer. Alfred died in the Evesham district in 1945 at the age of 53.
