Denziel Dawes was born in 1916. He attended Malvern College in House 7 from 1930 to 1934.

Denziel Dawes was the pilot of Lysander L6877 which failed to return from a reconnaissance mission. The aircraft is believed to have been shot down by ground fire in the Maddalena area.
