Thomas Wynn-Weston was born at Westbourne Park, London in 1885.  He was the husband of Marguerite Lilian Weston nee Wrench.  In 1911 the couple resided at Kings Green, Maidenhead and Thomas was employed as a Journalist.

He was a volunteer in the Royal Naval Reserve during WW1.
