William Smith, occupation: Gunner, R.A., resident 16 Ruddell Terrace, Tybridge St., Worcester, died in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Netley, Southampton.  Buried in consecrated ground in St John’s Cemetery on 15th January 1942, aged 41 years.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. E.H. Downey.
