The following report appears in Berrow’s Worcester Journal, Saturday 16th October 1943:
Reported Missing
Mr and Mrs F.G. Munn, of Moat Farm, Callow End, have been officially notified that their son, Corporal L.A. Munn, has been posted missing, believed prisoner of war, since September.
Corpl. Munn is believed to have been serving in Italy.
Before joining the Forces he was employed by W.H. Brickell Ltd, of Callow End. He was well known as a pianist.
The report includes a photograph of Corpl. L.A. Munn.
