Kidderminster Times, 16th December 1916:
Private Walter Freeman, 53786, 9th Battalion Welsh Regiment.  Son of Mrs Freeman, 2 Hanbury Road, Droitwich.  Killed in action in France on 6th November 1916.  He was 28 years of age and had been at the front since February 1915.  The report includes a photograph of Private Freeman.
