Possibly relates to Harold Percy Collyer born in Birmingham on 30th December 1892, son of Edwin and Elizabeth Collyer.  On the 1911 census Harold resided at 170, Cattell Road, Birmingham and gave his occupation as a Machine Hand.  He died in Worcester in 1983, aged 90.
