Probably Thomas William Cockbill, born Moseley, Birmingham on 28th May 1890, the son of Frederick and Elizabeth Cockbill. On the 1911 census he resided at 46, Station Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham and gave his occupation as an Apprentice engine fitter.
Served as either Private 1827 subsequently 861109 Royal Field Artillery or Corporal 45436, Royal Engineers.
Thomas Cockbill died in South Devon in 1971.
