Benjamin William Carter was born in Birmingham in 1887. He married Angelina Elsie Dewen in 1908 in the Aston Registration District. On the 1911 census the couple were resident at 90, Grosvenor Road, Aston and Benjamin was employed as a Packer (Motor Tyre Works). He died in Birmingham in 1961.
