Henry John Brownett is a suggested casualty for this individual.
Henry Brownett was the navigator on Lancaster NG287 which was on a mission to Misburg on the night of 15th/16th March 1945. The aircraft was hit by flak. Five of the crew were killed, one became a prisoner of war and one was confined to hospital but escaped when the guards holding him were captured by advancing US forces.
