Further Information About MORRIS Alfred

An old Astley National School boy.  As a civilian was employed by Mr. G. Herbert Banks, auctioneer, of Kidderminster.  News received in a letter from a chaplain, attached to the Worcesters: “He was in the trenches gallantly working the machine-gun, of whose team he was a member, when a shell exploded nearby, killing him”.
