J.T. Bunegar 1st/1st Worcester Yeomanry, embarked at Avonmouth 9th April 1915 for service with the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, disembarked at Alexandria, Egypt on 24th April 1915. Killed in action.

Malvern News, 1st December 1917:
Sgt J. Bunegar, Worcestershire Yeomanry was killed on the 8th November. He was on the staff at Knotsford, for some 14 years and was latterly chef. He was a yeomanryman before the outbreak of war and landed at Gallipoli. He was home on leave some months ago.
