DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914 – 1919

Frank Boaks was born in 1880.  He enlisted as Private 25030 (reservist) in the Army Veterinary Corps on 17th January 1917, age 36 years, 7 months, resident 12 Peewit Road, Great Hampton, Evesham, occupation: Market Gardener.  He and his wife, Florence, later moved to Newbury, Berkshire.  Frank died aged 69 in 1949, his death is registered in the June Quarter 1949 under the Evesham Registration District.
