Sidney Beasley was born on 8th February 1893 at Yardley, Birmingham (GRO Birth Reference 6D 208 Mar 1893, Birmingham), the son of Edwin and Emma Beasley, Church Terrace, Church Road, Yardley. In 1911 he was a Driver in the Royal Field Artillery. Sidney died in Birmingham in 1975, aged 82 (GRO Death Reference 32 1259 Birmingham Jun 1975.)
Possibly Driver 64052, Royal Field Artillery, went to France 19th August 1914.
Possibly Driver 94283 Royal Field Artillery, went to France 8th June 1915.
Given that he had previously served the most probable candidate is Driver 64052. It is assumed that he joined the Austin Motor Company between 1911 and 1914.
